Cancellation and No Show

I deeply value your time, and I ask that you honor mine in return. My schedule is carefully planned to ensure every guest gets the attention they deserve.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Here’s how it works:

1. 24+ hours notice – No charge.
2. Less than 24 hours – 50% of the service total will be charged.
3. No-shows – 100% of the service total will be charged.

These fees are not punitive—they’re in place to protect my time and livelihood as a service-based business. Thank you for understanding.

I totally understand that emergencies and life surprises happen. If something out of your control causes a late cancellation, reach out—exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Running Late

Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your full service.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that, we may need to adjust your service—or reschedule—depending on the time available. The original service price still applies.

Service Adjustments

I want you to love your hair. If something feels a little off, I offer complimentary adjustments within 2 weeks of your appointment.

Please reach out within 5 days of your service to let me know. Adjustments are intended as minor tweaks (like adding face-framing layers, a few extra foils, or shifting a gloss tone), not full redos.

Refund and Return

Due to the time, care, and customization involved, refunds are not offered for services. However, your feedback is always welcome. Open communication helps me better understand your needs and evolve your experience.

Product returns are not accepted, but exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase.

My goal is to create a space where you feel relaxed, seen, and supported. Whether you need quiet time to unwind or a heart-to-heart chat, this is your moment.

To maintain a peaceful vibe, please come solo unless your guest is also booked for a service. Children and extra guests are not permitted in the salon during your appointment.

Well-behaved animals are welcome if they allow us both to relax.

Photography Release

I hereby grant Elevate Beauty (the “Company”) the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on Company and other websites and in publications, educational courses, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, social media, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me.I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of the Company. I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge Elevate Beauty, the Company, its current and former trustees, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation. I hereby warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years old, competent to contract in my own name and agree to the above release. If I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below.
